Ken Barnes
Co-Founder
Ken comes with a wealth of customer service and business development background. In an emergency situation, like a flooded home, you want someone that not only comes across as caring and knowledgeable but sees those perceptions through. Ken holds two certifications with the IICRC as a water restoration technician and is trained and certified in applied structural drying. Ken has also completed an advanced structural drying academy with the Chuck DeWald school of drying. When it comes to drying a structure and helping you through the claims process look no further than Ken Barnes and his staff at Predator Restoration. Ken is married to his college sweetheart Sandi and they have one daughter Hannah. Ken’s passion is golf, basketball, baseball, and fastpitch softball.

Erika Comer
Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Erika has five years of restoration industry experience, especially handling the administrative and claims side of the project. She is WRT certified through the IICRC and is a licensed All Lines Adjuster in the state of Texas. Erika is dedicated to service and most enjoys helping people through difficult times. In her free time, she is a "Doxie Mom" to 5 miniature dachshunds named Nutmeg, Emily, Freida, Juniper, and Duchess. She is also an avid fan of Taylor Swift.


Juan Turcios
Juan Turcios has been a specialist in residential and commercial remodeling and insurance restoration, dedicating himself to this industry for the last 26 years. Putting effort day by day in how to provide the best satisfaction to one client at a time, maintaining the best service and the highest quality on behalf of our customers.

Dalton Mathison
Dalton has over 10 years of experience in the restoration industry. He started his career with Blackmon Mooring and quickly worked his way to a supervisor. Through his dedication and attention to detail, Dalton has been rewarded with some of the highest awards the industry can offer. Dalton has experience working with catastrophic events around the world. Major multilevel large loss projects to government campuses. If you have a water loss there is no better guy to manage the project. Through his professionalism and calm demeanor, our clients feel at ease during difficult times. Dalton has a passion for music and enjoys his car.

Jason
Jason, our most recent technician, comes with 8 years’ experience. His experience extends from being a water technician and with his dedication and love to help others has moved to management. He has worked with larger organizations such as ServiceMaster and ServePro but finds his home here with Predator Restoration. Feel free to ask him directly why working with a smaller company not on program work is beneficial for the client during a water loss. When Jason is not working he finds himself on the golf course.
