As the Co-Founder of Predator Restoration Ken comes with a wealth of customer service experience and a business development background. In an emergency situation like a flooded home, you want someone who not only comes across caring and knowledgeable but sees those perceptions through. Ken holds two certifications with the IICRC as a water restoration technician and trained and certified in applied structural drying. Ken has also completed an advance structural drying academy with the Chuck DeWald school of drying. When it comes to drying a structure and helping you through the claims process, look no further than Ken Barnes and his staff at Predator Restoration. Ken is married to his college sweetheart Sandi, and they have one daughter Hannah. Ken’s passion is golf, basketball, baseball, and fastpitch softball.

As the lead technician for Predator Restoration Jeremy’s drive and desire to be the best at his craft shows in his work, at both the residential and commercial levels. Jeremy’s number one goal is to get the customer back to pre-loss conditions as quickly and safely as possible. Jeremy's background has allowed him to excel in customer relations and the ability to focus on the details of the job. Jeremy carries two certifications with the IICRC as a water restoration technician and trained and certified in applied structural drying. Jeremy’s education doesn’t stop there, he also has been trained by the best in the industry at the Chuck Dewald drying academy. With this education, Jeremy has been able to apply these learned principles in the field to achieve his goals in getting the customers to pre-loss conditions as quickly as possible. Jeremy is married to Malayna and they have one daughter McKenna. Jeremy enjoys college basketball and spending time with his family.
